Data Handling

Account Security

Two-step verification is available for every account. We strongly recommend enabling it before your first deposit, particularly when linking a UPI ID or PhonePe number to the wallet, as it adds a second check before any withdrawal is processed.

To correct a name, address, or linked payment method on your account, send a written request to our support team with a copy of valid identity documentation. Changes are processed within five business days and confirmed by email.

Dispute Escalation

If a terms-related dispute is not resolved at first-contact support level, you may request escalation to our compliance team in writing. We commit to a formal written response within ten business days of receiving a complete escalation request.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, the revised version is published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of your account after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If your account is suspended under a clause in these terms, any cleared balance held in your wallet will be processed according to the clause covering account closure. Uncleared deposits via UPI or Paytm follow the reversal rules of those payment providers.

Yes. Access to certain features — including specific game types and payment methods such as PhonePe or Paytm — depends on local law. Where your state or territory does not permit a feature, it will not be available in your account lobby.
